Our Bridal Services go above and beyond to reduce the stress in your planning for you or your entire bridal party. All of our options give you the opportunity to “try on” your wedding hairstyle and bridal makeup before the big day arrives. Then choose any or all of the pampering services you will need to look your best: from manicures and pedicures to facials and eyebrow shaping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes!  To take some of the financial pressure and planning off of your already lengthy to-do list, we have set up a separate link for the members of the bridal party to complete, however, if this will be part of a gift for your party, you're more than welcome to complete the forms and submit their deposits.

Can we book trials before we actually book anything?

Certainly!  The only challenging thing about that is we book up our wedding dates really fast, so you don't want to wait too long before booking the BIG day!  We would be happy to book a 15 min complimentary consultation to help you decide as well.

How do I book for the big day?

Step one ~ review services and pricing from above.

Step two ~ fill out our bridal form below.

Step three ~ our bridal expert, Cathy, will follow up with an email for further instruction and confirm your dates availability.  

Step four ~ have each attendee complete their registration form and 50% deposit.

Step five ~ schedule your bridal trial appointments and sit back and relax and we will handle the rest!

How do you pair us with your team of experts?

Great question!  This is why we ask each guest to complete our registration prior to ever booking anything.  We look at numerous factors, their skill set, their personality and their ability to create the look specified in the form.

When should I book my trial?

We suggeset you book it at least a month in advance of the date you would like to recieve it, as our teams schedules fill up quickly.  Ideally, choose a day that you can wear the look for a few hours and see how it feels and wears on you.

How do I know what style will best suit my dress, hair type, & skin coloring?

That is exactly why we require brides to do trials!  During your trial, your expert will discuss some of your ideas as well as our suggestions based on those factors.  Please bring printed or screenshot pictures of ideas of looks you've seen and are loving and we can go from there!  Bring in any hair accessories and a picture of the dress and our professionals will help you create a look custom for you.

All Bridal Parties of 4 or more receive complimentary Mimosas and muffins upon request!

Bridal Service Policies

7 Day Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to our Charles Morris team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you, However, we do ask that if you must cancel any appointments, you please provide us with 7 days notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting lists. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. 
• Less than 7 day notice will not receive their refund of deposit.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

Late/Tardy Policy

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness may result in service conflicts causing services to be reduced; however, clients are liable for the original contracted amount.  For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day!

Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies. See you soon!

Reserving Services

To secure the appointments we require a 50% deposit for all services.  All attendees must fill out registration form and secure their own payment to book the whole bridal party.  Gratuities are not included in the service prices and should be paid on the day the services are received.

Cell Phones and Hand Held Devices

As a courtesy to others, please silence your cell phones and other devices. Do not use speaker phone. We ask for you to use headphones or text. Thank you.

 

Child Safety

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.
