Frequently Asked Questions
We require one deposit for each bridal party to simplify the booking process and secure the day. With the convenience of Venmo and Zelle, it is fast and easy for the individuals in the party to reimburse one member of the party individually.
Can we book trials before we actually book anything?
Certainly! The only challenging thing about that is we book up our wedding dates really fast, so you don't want to wait too long before booking the BIG day! We also require our bride to book a 15 min complimentary consultation to help you decide on a provider fit as well. Your party members are welcome to call and book a complimentary consultation as well, but it is not required. A full on trial where you have a look created can be booked and rates are listed in our Bridal Menu.
How do you pair us with your team of experts?
Great question! This is why we ask each guest to complete our registration prior to ever booking anything. We look at numerous factors, their skill set, their personality and their ability to create the look specified in the form.
When should I plan to book my trial?
We suggest you book it within 30 days of the wedding day. This is for a few reasons; First, our Service Providers want to have the trial fresh in their minds for the big day. For example, if the trial was 3 months ago, it makes it more difficult for the results to be duplicated exactly. Secondly, hair and length and condition can change with added time and can alter the game plan. Ideally, choose a day that you can wear the look for a few hours and see how it feels and wears on you.
How do I book for the big day?

Step two ~ fill out our bridal form below.
Step three ~ our bridal expert, Cathy, will follow up with a call to confirm your dates availability.
Step four ~ Book your consultaion with your suggested or requested service providers. This is your opportunity to see if this is a good fit! Go over inspo pictures, day of expectaions and decide if you're both a good match.
Step five ~ schedule your bridal trial appointments for your group and pay the 50% deposit to reserve your parties appointments.
How do I know what style will best suit my dress, hair type, & skin coloring?
That is exactly why we require brides to book a complimentary consultation with the suggested or requested service providers. During this brief visit, your expert will discuss some of your ideas as well as our suggestions based on those factors and after looking through your inspo pictures. We suggest either bringing in pictures of ideas or looks you've seen and are loving, or sending them to your provider to review ahead of time via social media and we can go from there! Bring in pictures of any hair accessories and of the dress and our professionals will help you create a look custom for you.
All Bridal Parties of 4 or more receive complimentary Mimosas and muffins upon request!
Bridal Service Policies
14-Day Cancellation Policy
We value your appointments at Charles Morris and strive to provide you with the best service possible.
To ensure the availability of our team of professionals and accommodate clients on our waiting list, we request that you provide us with 14 days notice in case you need to cancel your appointment. In case of an emergency or unavoidable situation, we will do our best to work with you. However, please note the following:
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund of deposit.
"No shows" will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We understand that sometimes things like traffic or unexpected events can cause you to be late for your appointment. Our team at Charles Morris will always do our best to accommodate you in these situations.
However, please note that tardiness may result in reduced services and you will still be responsible for the original contracted amount. To minimize this impact, we have established a 10-minute grace period. After this time, we will call to check on you. If you are able to arrive in time for the full service, that's great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service to keep within the allotted time.
Please call us as early as possible if you think you may be running late. This helps us to keep the flow of the day and accommodate you as best we can.
Remember, your appointment is reserved for you and only you. Our policies allow us to inform our other clients of any timing changes and provide the best service possible for everyone.

At Charles Morris Salon, we value your appointment and strive to provide you with the best service possible. To secure your appointment, the following policies apply:
A 50% deposit is required for all services requested.
All bridal parties must fill out a registration form and secure their payment to book the whole bridal party.
Contract must be signed before booking the party.
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to wedding date to receive a full refund.
Gratuities are not included in the service prices and should be paid on the day of the service.

Speaker phone usage is not allowed.
