Extension Services & Prices
For quality assurance, we will only install extensions purchased through the salon. Only exceptions are clip-in extensions for special occasions. Please inform the salon when booking, that you will be providing clip-in extensions for your desired look, as this will add a little more time for your appointment. We can only add color to extensions purchased through the salon.
All extension methods require a consultation prior to installation for the stylist to assess your hair needs and custom color match. Pricing and proper maintenance will be discussed at this time. So no surprises before investing in your new hair!

How do I know which method to choose?
We can help with that! Start by scrolling down and reading through the extension services we offer. Once you fill out the digital consultation form, a member of our team will assist you in finalizing your selections.
How often will I have to come in?
To prevent damage and breakage, you'll need to come in to move your extensions up every 6-8 weeks. However, it really depends on the individual method used.
Why would I get extensions?
Extensions can be worn to add length, volume/fullness and color without damage to your natural hair.
How much will my extensions cost?
Extensions can start at $250+ and will depend on method and length. We only use high-quality hair and methods that won't damage your hair. You're investing in a superior product and application method when you work with our team.
Will my hair be super long?
That is completely up to you! We offer extensions for length, density, style or a combination of all 3. We are able to get high-quality hair for you at several lengths to meet your needs and we are experts on blending for a natural result.
Do all of your stylists offer extension services?
They don't, but if you scroll down you'll see a listing of who is certified in each method and we are happy to assist you in finding a stylist to meet your needs.
This method involves the quickest application. They come as small wefts that adhere with a medical grade adhesive to your natural hair. Two wefts are used to sandwich your natural hair. No heat is needed for this application.
Maintenance: Retouch 6-8 weeks. Hair can be used 1-3 times. Lifespan of 6-8 months

Individual Bead Extensions
These extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair and have 360 movement. An individual strand of hair is attached to your natural hair using an adjustable bead. This method comes in both I-tip and Flat-tip for clients. They're great for creating a more customizable blend for your hair.
Maintenance: Retouch 6-8 weeks. Hair can be used 2-3 times. Lifespan of 8-10 months.

Hand -Tied Extensions
These extensions are perfect if you’re looking for full coverage. This method uses a hybrid of thread and beads secured to your natural hair. The hair lays flat to the head creating a seamless look and feel. The wefts can be cut into smaller sections for finer hair.
Maintenance: Retouch 6-8 weeks. Hair can be used 2-4 times. Lifespan of 8-10 months

24-hour Cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to our Charles Morris team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you. However, we do ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount
As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day!
Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies. See you soon!
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis. No refunds will be given on services already performed.
Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 2 weeks. With the exception of Bioelements, hair brushes/combs and Nail polish, these items are non-refundable
